Responsibilities :
Supplier Engagement & Catalogue Management:
• Proactively reach out to all suppliers to collect their latest content catalogues for upcoming acquisitions.
• Review: Conduct detailed evaluations of all received titles, assessing relevance, appeal, and alignment with platform strategy.
• Shortlist titles based on platform needs, genre balance, and performance trends.
• Compile the recommended titles and submit them to your manager for review and approval. Deal Finalization & Legal Coordination:
• Forward the approved list to the Acquisition Team for negotiation and contract preparation.
• Track progress with the Acquisition Team to ensure deals are finalized in a timely manner.
• Review legal documents (contracts, CMS drafts) for accuracy and compliance before moving forward.
Planning & Scheduling:
• Lead weekly alignment meetings with planners on monthly content plans and publishing timelines.
• Input all confirmed titles into Airtable to support planning and Media Delivery workflows.
• Work with planners to determine optimal release dates, ensuring a well‑balanced and strategic publishing schedule.Marketing Coordination:
• Flag high impact or key titles that require marketing support.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to shape curation strategies and share upcoming marketing plans.
• Ensure marketing campaigns and release schedules are fully aligned for maximum visibility and reach.Budget & Financial Tracking:
• Provide deal numbers and title costs to the Shahid Budget Team every two weeks.
• Maintain a detailed Excel sheet tracking all fees, verifying accuracy against contracts.
• Request house and deal numbers from Rights Management to enable Media Delivery processes.Delivery & Release Management:
• Introduce the Media Delivery Team to suppliers once deals are approved to facilitate coordination.
• Track delivery timelines closely to avoid delays and ensure timely publication.
• Issue Resolution: Address delivery related issues promptly to keep release plans on schedule.Arabic Content Management:
• Manage Arabic content through the same acquisition and publishing workflow as international content.
• Prepare and review CMS legal drafts for Arabic titles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Invoice Handling: Process Arabic title invoices then log, receipt and initiate invoices for Finance.Performance Analysis & Reporting:
• Conduct monthly performance reviews of published titles with your manager.
• Generate performance insights related to audience engagement, viewership, and ROI.
• Use data findings to guide acquisition decision and refine content strategy.Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven ability to read and understand contracts
• Strong attention to detail
• Responsible, reliable, and proactive
• Confident and able to take initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Patient, understanding, and supportive
• Able to be firm when needed
• Fluent in English
