KBR is looking for accounts payable Accountant who will Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.

Responsibilities:
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery notes
• Record accounts payable transactions in the accounting system
• Prepare and process supplier payments in accordance with agreed credit terms
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
• Assist in month‑end closing activities related to accounts payable
• Maintain accurate and organized AP files and records
• Respond to vendor and internal queries regarding payments and balances
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controlsQualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable or junior accounting role
• Basic understanding of VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Experience working with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP)
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills
• Good communication skills in English & Arabic

Requirements

- •Basic understanding of Saudi VAT regulations
