We are seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Senior Consultant/ Assistant Manager to support advisory engagements related to financial reporting, accounting standards implementation, and audit support. The role involves working closely with clients to deliver high-quality accounting advisory services aligned with IFRS and/or public sector accounting frameworks.
Key Requirements
•
3–7 years of relevant professional experience
•
Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting
•
Experience with Tier 2 audit and accounting firms
•
Qualified or partially qualified professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
•
Strong exposure to accounting and financial reporting advisory engagements
•
Hands-on experience with IFRS and/or public sector accounting frameworks (e.g. IPSAS)
•
Experience in audit support, financial statement preparation, and/or accounting conversions
• Saudi nationality or transferrable Iqamah in KSA
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with public sector entities, government authorities, or public institutions
Other Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
•
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
•
High attention to detail and documentation discipline
Key Responsibilities
•
Support clients in accounting and financial reporting advisory engagements
•
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and/or IPSAS
•
Assist in accounting conversions and implementation of new accounting standards
•
Provide audit support and coordinate with external auditors
•
Develop technical accounting analyses and documentation
•
Support public sector entities in compliance with applicable accounting frameworks
•
Contribute to financial reporting improvements and process enhancements
•
Prepare client deliverables, reports, and advisory documentation

Requirements
