Key Result Areas:
Design and deliver strategic institutional events to position Earthna as a leader in sustainability and foster
high-level stakeholder engagement.
Manage communication strategies for major report launches to ensure effective dissemination and
maximize visibility of Earthna’s research and policy outputs.
Coordinate large-scale national and international events such as Qatar Sustainability Week and COP30 to
strengthen Earthna’s presence and influence in key sustainability platforms.
Lead the planning and execution of the Earthna Prize and Earthna Summit to showcase Earthna’s
leadership and convening power in sustainability.
Develop and implement integrated communications campaigns to raise awareness of Earthna’s initiatives
and promote institutional milestones.
Produce high-quality communication materials including press releases, speeches, and social media content
to support Earthna’s visibility and messaging consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and efficient delivery of events
and communication outputs.
Oversee media relations and stakeholder engagement to build strategic partnerships and enhance
institutional credibility.
Manage external vendors and service providers to ensure high standards in event delivery and
communications production.
Provide communications support across Earthna’s institutional priorities to maintain coherence in brand and
messaging across all platforms.
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Communications or any relevant field.
Ø 6 - 8 years of relevant full-time experience in event management and institutional communications,
preferably in sustainability or international affairs.
Ø Proven track record in managing high-level global and national events.
Ø Strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
Ø Experience working with government, media, and international organizations is a plus.
Ø Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and
to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
Ø Proficiency in MS Office applications
Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Communications or relevant field
