We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Accounting Manager with extensive experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry. Key Responsibilities
• Financial Management: Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Cost Control: Monitor and analyze F&B costs, manage variances, and implement effective waste-reduction strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to ZATCA regulations, VAT filings, and local financial laws.
• Inventory & Audit: Supervise stocktaking processes and ensure seamless integration between POS systems and the general ledger.
• Strategic Planning: Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to support business growth.
• Leadership: Direct and mentor the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Industry Focus: Proven expertise specifically within the F&B or Hospitality sector.
• Market Knowledge: Solid experience within the GCC market is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced ERP systems and financial reporting software.
