FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Gulf employers don't screen on them. Keep your nationality, current location, visa status and when you can start, and use the space for your licences, specialties and results.

Why Filipino Resumes Get Passed Over in the Gulf

Filipino professionals keep Gulf hospitals, hotels, malls, airlines and construction sites running. Nurses from Manila and Iloilo, engineers from Cebu and Davao, and hospitality staff from across the islands apply to Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah, Doha and Kuwait City every day. Yet many excellent candidates never hear back.

The reason is usually the resume, not the person. The standard Philippine resume includes height, weight, religion, a photo inside a table, a long career objective and a page of character references. Gulf Applicant Tracking Systems ignore those details, and some layouts stop the software reading the resume at all. Meanwhile the things Gulf employers do search for — PRC license numbers, DHA, DOH or SCFHS status, specialty keywords, named systems like Opera PMS or Cerner — are missing or buried.

Get Your Resume Read

Our free scan checks your resume against the ATS criteria Gulf employers use. In 60 seconds you'll see what to remove, what to move up, and which keywords to add for your role — so your experience reaches a recruiter instead of disappearing into the system.
